The service division is another key area of our operation and is vital to all our clients.

Where do we operate?

Our offices are located in Clayton in SE sector of the Melbourne area however we service throughout the Metropolitan area on a 24 hours 7 days a week basis.

Calls can be made anytime between the office hours of 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday – not including public holidays. Service calls can be booked in by phone for all emergency or urgent breakdowns and by fax or email for all non urgent requests.

How do I get Priority service?

All registered or contracted clients get priority service response to any fault or break down request. Service Work is ranked in order of priority/urgency depending on the maintenance program. How do I place a service call?

Please be prepared to spend a little time with our operator taking down the correct details. Please advise our operator the following:-
• Your contact details
• Any special billing requests
• Your order or authorization number – Please fax us confirmation.
• Identify the plant that is faulty - all maintenance clients will find a number on their appliance. In all other cases a description of its location should be sufficient.
• Advise us of the fault or problem being experienced
• Advise us of the urgency
